None of the above(CHECK) on ballet to show how big of a mandate the red or blue candidate has?

If people aren't going to vote, I doubt they would bother coming to the polls to say so. Then again, if that box did exist, it would allow people to show their general disapproval for the candidates. Ironically, those who would use such a box wouldn't care enough to vote its existence into place.
