Basic Ballet?movie theatre

Basic Ballet?playhouse opera theater

Don't forget rondejons (prooooobably not how you spell it), which reminds me of a clock. Also, there are fondus, where you plie while you rondejon, degaje, or tondu.

the customary sequence is usually:

AT THE BARRE-

plies

tendus

degages

rond de jambes

frappes

fondues

grand battements

CENTER-

stretch

adagio

jumps/petit allegro

tendu combination

pirouette combination

ACROSS THE FLOOR

grande allegro
Barre work is generally done in the following progression:

Plies, demi and grande

Tendues

Degage's

Frappe

Rond de jambe a' terre (on the ground)

Fondu

Rond de jambe en lair (in the air)

Develope

Grande Battement (big kicks!)

Wow, I'd forgotten all this! Thanks for the question.

Plias if thats how you spell it, the positions, leap, pirouette, and stuff like that.
